    If you are the owner of the property and the deed of sale does not mention anything about renting out your property, you are free to rent it out. Deeds of sale often state that renting out is only permitted if the mortgage lender is aware of this. If this is the case, we recommend that you contact our office, as we can see at a glance what the restrictions are, if any.

    If there is no mortgage on the property, it is possible to rent it out. If it is an apartment in an apartment complex, the Owners' Association (VVE) must also be informed about the rental of the property. This is usually stated in the articles of association and in the internal regulations.
