Fifteen years ago, we opened our doors at Amsterdamseweg 576 in Amstelveen, sharing the office with Van Bruggen Adviesgroep. After a successful start as a letting agent in Haarlem, we saw opportunities in the rapidly growing rental market in Amsterdam and Amstelveen, and so our second office was established in 2010.
The following years were characterised by growth. Our team expanded, Koops Vastgoedbeheer took shape, and after almost eight years, the building became too small. In August 2018, we proudly moved to our new office in the bustling Amstelveen Stadshart, where we have been working with great pleasure ever since.
In 2022, Tim van Breukelen took over the reins. Since then, he has been the driving force behind our office in Amstelveen.
Where we once started as specialists in letting and property management, we have now grown into a leading sales and letting agent in the Greater Amsterdam region. From five offices, an enthusiastic team works every day with passion for the profession and with an eye for our customers.
Despite challenging times, such as the coronavirus pandemic and the changing rental market, we have repeatedly proven our resilience and found new ways to come back stronger.
One thing is certain: we are ready for the future.
