The first floor has 4 very spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located at the front and has its own bathroom. This bathroom has a bath, toilet and double sink with washbasin furniture. The other three bedrooms are also spacious and have enough space for a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. The roof terrace is accessible via the landing and thanks to its favorable location, it has sunlight all day long. 
 
This house is located on a quiet street in the southern part of the Westwijk residential area. Destination traffic only. The street is surrounded by water and greenery. Westwijk shopping center, primary schools and childcare are within walking distance of the house, as are tram stops and bus stops to Schiphol, Aalsmeer, the Stadshart of Amstelveen and the center of Amsterdam. The International School, the Amsterdamse Bos and the sports center “De Meerkamp” are also located in the immediate vicinity. Various arterial roads such as the Beneluxbaan, N201, A2, A4 and A9 are easily accessible.
