Het Diemerpark is vlakbij, waar voldoende ruimte is om te joggen, zwemmen of wandelen. Winkelcentrum IJburg ligt op steenworp afstand van het complex. This beautiful fully renovated and spacious apartment has no less than three bedrooms and is located in IJburg. The apartment on the second floor can be reached by a large elevator or stairs via the joint entrance. The entrance of the apartment gives access to the hallway. Two of the three rooms are accessible from the hallway. The living room with open kitchen is located at the rear. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped, such as two combi oven, fridge-freezer, 5-burner induction hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. The living room has two 3-seats sofas and an OLED screen. The dining room is equipped with a 8 place table, a cabinet and book case, coming directly from Italy. The spacious master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is also located at the front and is used as a walk-in closet. The third bedroom located at the rear. The bedroom at the rear has a single bed that becomes double, a desk and closet. Within walking distance is the shopping center of IJburg and various shops, restaurants, playgrounds, sports clubs and of course the harbor with cozy bars and restaurants. The Diemerpark is close by, where there is plenty of space for jogging, swimming or walking. The IJburg shopping center is a stone's throw from the complex. Here you will find three supermarkets, the Hema, a flower shop, a number of fresh produce shops and many other shops for (daily) groceries. The location in relation to the A1, A2, A9 and A10 is very favorable and there is a perfect public transport connection with the city and Amsterdam Southeast (20 minutes). Amsterdam Central can be reached within 15 minutes via tram 26. The stop of both tram 26 and bus 66 are in front of the door.
